WHAT WE DO

To be able to inspire self-care, creativity, and wellness among the active servicewomen and female veteran communities, we provide wellness kits containing quality wellness products, including makeup, skincare, and other items relating to wellness. After we put these kits together, we head to a base, VA center, or an event dedicated to the veteran community in or near California to deliver these wellness boxes to our deserving women. Furthermore, we provide our female veterans with informational talks on a the importance of self-care and mindfulness both on and off duty. Additionally, we discuss with the servicewomen how to use each of the products in the kits. Furthermore, we hold group discussions about the value of prioritizing wellness and the little, easy steps that one can take to live a more happy and balanced lifestyle. We do not want female veterans or servicewomen to feel as though they have to look a certain way in civilian life. Instead, we want them to feel like they can treat themselves because they deserve to feel their most confident and authentic however they choose.
